


Art Week Supper Club by Kal’s
Kal’s are kicking off Holmfirth Art Week with a BANG with a supper club that you can enjoy whilst having a first look at our art installations curated by Alice Baxter.
The 8-course menu, listed below can also be paired with craft beers from Manchester-based brewery, Track who will be pouring at O’Briens that weekend too. The exact beer list and pricing will be revealed closer to the time.

Tempura courgette flower, stracciatella, anchovy, parmesan
Focaccia, cold pressed rapeseed oil, vinegar
(Paired with Track, Sonoma Pale Ale)
Raviolo al uovo, summer truffle
(Paired with Track, Double IPA - TBC)
Burnt Hill Farm trout, tomatoes and herbs, creme fraiche
(Paired with Track, IPA - TBC)
Porchetta, beer glazed cheek, fennel and apple
(Paired with Track, Vienna Lager)
Strawberries and elderflower
Tiramisu soufflé, creme di mascarpone sorbet
(Paired with a huge imperial stout - TBC)
Doors will open at 6 pm, with dinner served at 7 pm. Please allow the entire evening to fully enjoy the experience.
