

Bina's Cooking Class - Aloo Gobi
Join our incredible vendor Bina’s Kitchen for their next cooking class - Aloo Gobi (Potato & Cauliflower Curry) with a Hara Chutney and Onion Fried Rice.

Includes a master class in making Aloo Gobi and sides + a goody bag to take home which includes a recipe card, a create your own spice mix jar, as well as the meal you made in the class. Refreshments are included.
The recipe itself is a twist on the classic, it’s something a bit more special than your average aloo gobi! You will learn how to make a curried gobi puree with hasselback potatoes and top it with a green chutney. Not only does it taste good but it looks great plated up too, works great as a side dish with a BBQ or as a main…. It’s veggie but can be made vegan, too!
